Myanmar EARTHQUAKE
RESPONSE
THE NEED
On March 28, 2025 a powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit Myanmar, near Mandalay (second-largest city, home to 1.2 million people).
Our ministry partners are located about 40 miles east of Mandalay. Thankfully their village sustained minor damage and as such they are strategically positioned to provide immediate support and relief to the hardest hit areas.
THE RESPONSE
Equipping our ministry partners with the resources they need.
Already our partners have mobilized teams and are transporting emergency supplies to help meet some of the immediate needs of the thousands of displaced and devastated lives.
Thanks to the generosity of our church body, as well as some special friends outside of our local body, we were able to send an initial financial gift that and our partners have already been able to use to purchase, transport and distribute these supplies already.
More is needed.

Many thousands more don’t have water to drink and even now many bodies are being taken out from collapsed buildings with some survivors as well. During this time of tragedy for the people of Myanmar we are able to sow the seeds of the Gospel of Christ through your help.”
